Immunogenomics

Developing  transcriptomics research using high-throughput RNA sequencing is priority to NIIN research stragetegy.Focusing the Infectious Disease and Human Biospecimen laboratory   to interrogate single cells separated by flow cytometry is at the forefront of functional genomics especially in  small RNA profiling and discovery, pathogen genome sequencing and   T cell receptor and B cell receptor repertoire analysis. Research discussions and engagement with NiiN scientists will ensure that their experimental goals are achieved.
