Immunomonitoring

Immunomonitoring

Immunomonitoring platform in NiiN consists of genomic, proteomic and novel cell-based assays to generate a substantive picture of the human immune response during the course of disease or therapy.

Generally, to fully integrate and understand complex data from multiple analytical modalities in the context of clinical progression in diseases such HIV, malaria tuberculosis poses some challenges in the field of translational immunology.

NiiN is positioned to perform immune-monitoring analyses in phase I/II clinical trials for experimental vaccines directed against infectious diseases such as malaria, tuberculosis and HIV. In summary the NiiN immunomonitoring platform provides a dynamic exploration of the immune system in patients/samples receiving immunomodulating agents in the context of clinical research trials and facilitates innovative immuno-oncology and its transfer to research and development (R&D).
